APEC ELECTRONIC COMMERCE STEERING GROUP MEETING, MOSCOW, RUSSIA.

Recently Amran Sameon from MITI was led a Malaysian's Delegation and attended an Electronic Commerce Steering Group (ECSG) Meeting in Moscow, Russia Federation, for Senior Official 1 of the Asia Pasific Economic Cooperation (APEC). The whether at that time was very cold indeed, where the whether was under / minus / negative 24 degree celcius, and sometime go to under / negative 30 degree celcius. However, at the minus 24 degree celcius, Malaysian delegations were able to walk through on ice in the very cold whether in Moscow City. Seen in the picture was Amran Sameon ( No. 6 from right). Also seen  Mr Kashnor (No. 2 from right from the Department of Personal Data Protection of the Information, Communication and Culture Ministry). The rests are the delegations from the USA, Russia Federation, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Japan, South Korea, China, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong China, Thailand, Viet Nam, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei DS, and Singapore. There was also 3 international organisation attended the Meetings.
